You must not use our services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of others. You agree not to misuse our reports, recommendations, or communications, and not to reproduce or redistribute them except as necessary for the intended project.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions

- Payment terms may include deposits, milestone payments, progress billing, or payment in full prior to delivery of services or deliverables.
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless a different due date is specified in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation or, if no period is stated, for thirty (30) days from the date issued. We may adjust pricing if the scope changes, if site conditions differ materially from what was represented, or if project timelines are extended due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may request cancellation of services by providing written notice to Northshore Acoustics Studio Ltd. Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the engagement and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.
- If you cancel after work has commenced, you remain responsible for all fees for services performed, time spent, and costs incurred up to the effective cancellation date.

6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the services and all deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Northshore Acoustics Studio Ltd. does not guarantee specific acoustic outcomes, performance results, regulatory approvals, or cost savings. Acoustic performance can vary based on installation quality, building structure, materials, site conditions, user behavior, and environmental factors.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable matters.
